Delivery Policy - General
Working days are considered to be Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
The batterychargerstore reserve the right to refund any monies received in relation to an order and cancel the order if it believes the "Country / Delivery Region" information provided to be inaccurate and chosen, whether inadvertently or not, such that the order appears to qualify for a delivery rate that is not applicable to the delivery address.
The batterychargerstore does not deliver to PO Boxes without prior agreement and reserve the right to cancel any such orders and return any monies paid.
Delivery of goods shall be made to the address provided by the Customer and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Refunds made for non-delivered items will be made in full, however the cost of shipping will still be incurred and not refunded.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and batterychargerstore shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Customs Duties
If requesting delivery to a country outside of the UK this may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you - we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
